The CVSNT edit command has a specific feature for
checking if someone is editing a file.

It is enabled adding the '-c' option to the 'cvs
edit' command.

If there is someone editing the file, the command
edit fails an lists the editors of the file like
'cvs editors' command does.

It will be nice have a checkbox in cvs profile to
enable this behavior if the cvs client is cvsnt.
