After installing the module Tomcat 5 Server hot fix update, 
The NetBeans Profiler (J2EE Projects) module was disabled:

The NetBeans Profiler (J2EE Projects) module reports this problem:
The module Tomcat 5 Server was requested in implementation version
"200505031930" but only "050609" was found.

I'm using Profiler Milestone 7 v2

Thanks a lot for reporting this.
We have already updated the module and it will appear on the hotfix UC on 
Monday.
