[daily build #2005100618, jdk1.4.2]
This issue appears only on Mac!
Splash screen editor allows drag and drop of "startup messages" component and 
progressbar. While moving component (in drag mode before drop) the border of
splash screen is repainted - doesn't look nice. See attached screenshot.
