50 + current 50u1 nbms
1) create suite
2) create module in suite (e.g.module1)
3) invoke rename by popup
4) add sufix "renamed" to the name of the module(=>module1renamed), check rename
also dir
5) now try to rename module back to module1, invoke rename, delete suffix and
check rename also dir.
6) module is renamed to it's CNB - org.yourorghere.module1 !!!

Feel free to reassigne, if you don't feel guilty...

From what you showed me it is random. And also after restart module name is
refreshed. Probably some firing/timing/caching problem.
Comment 2 Martin Krauskopf 2006-08-10 10:33:50 UTC
Just a visual temporary problem without any functionality impact -> P4.
Comment 3 Martin Krauskopf 2008-02-07 17:50:09 UTC
I'm not working on APISupport anymore. Reassigning to owner of the component, so
the issue is not 'forgotten' forever.
Comment 4 Jesse Glick 2008-06-19 23:18:58 UTC
Module renaming is anyway of limited utility; as a practical matter you can never change a code name base once it is in
the field.
Comment 5 rmichalsky 2008-11-24 15:07:29 UTC
Not into 7.0 or next release. Feel free to reopen if more important than it seems.
