user should be able to easily find out what pack are installed in the IDE.

It could be visible in welcome screen. Every installed pack could add an icon to
the welcome screen at a well defined place.

This is related to my issue, making the welcome screen brandable (i.e. add items
to it or remove items from it)

It should be also possible for the packs to expose additional licensing
information, in the About window or splash screen. - this is a requirement of
Enterprise Pack. Today it is done as in the attached screenshot.

I think all these requests have been already fixed by new plugin manager and way we are installing all-in-one
