Description:
Steps to reproduce:

1.  Create a project and run it.
2.  Attach the BPEL debugger to the project.
3.  Run the project.

Actual Result:
4.  When the process is running, the "Run To Cursor" option is not available

Expected Result:
When the process is running and you are able to step through the code using 
the debugger, you should also be able to "Run To Cursor" as another option

Evaluation:
This is not for Java one. will be addressed post Java one

Workaround:
No exact work around, you just have to keep doing "Step Into" until you reach 
the cursor.

Classified as ENHANCEMENT since the mentioned functionality was never
implemented. Will be implemented in future releases (set as "LATER")
