Steps to reproduce:
 - create a BPEL process
 - create a Web Service activity from palette (Receive for example)
 - select it in the diagram
Icon will appear at the left side of the element. The icon is the same as for
validation rules errors and needs to be replaced. This is a usability issue as
this icon may confuse user.

Changing the summary as Mikhail perhaps talks about "message flow" instead of
"flow link" and adding dependency on #83489 (umbrella for message flow creation
gesture).

Also assigning to me and adding VISUAL and EP55_FCS_DOCS status.
