When assigning the libraries in a project, the IDE should let me choose the
folders that are inside the project itself, and assign them a relative path
instead of a fixed path.

Name of this bug is wrong, it should be "Allow relative paths to dependant libraries". Also should apply for Web-project
libraries. It is really PITA to copy directory with bunch of projects to another computer, because of this bug.
