Use case: User does not like fact that we have different L&F for our zoom in
Print Preview and our zoom in BPEL diagram

Recommendation: make the BPEL diagram toolbar consistent with the Print Preview
in regard to zoom control.

Also, diagram should add Ctrl-+ and Ctrl-- as increment/decrement zoom shortcuts.

(need to open separate issue against print preview for that).

Issues and Questions:
Should the existing zoom slider remain even though it is only present in the
BPEL diagram and not in the print preview? I think yes, slider should remain. I
am not concerened about EXTRA features like slider. I am more concerned about
inconsistencies b/t common features like the incrementers.

Print Preview dialog already supports Ctrl+/- feature.

Fixed. 
Zoom control on diagram now is not exactly same as in print preview.
"Fit Width" and "Fit Diagram" actions were not added to drop down list of zoom
presets, they are implemented as separate buttons.

Ctrl++ and Ctrl+- shortcuts will work only if diagram or zoom chooser combobox
has  focus.

A screenshot of the current BPEL diagram added to this issuezilla entry for
review would be very appreciated.
