Steps to reproduce:
----------------
1) Open a j2se project and a java file from it
2) Invoke Tools|Options|Editor and chack ie. "Collapse by default: Methods"
3) Confirm changes
4) Open/close a file
=> Methods wont get collapsed.

The settings change is not propagated, but reopening the file helps.
Comment 2 Max Sauer 2006-12-13 08:40:36 UTC
This has been fixed by fix of
http://www.netbeans.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=88431. However, it would be nice
if it would be visible immediately. Lowering priority to P4.
Comment 3 Jan Lahoda 2006-12-14 08:31:09 UTC
It currently should work in the same way it did in NB5.5 (does it?).
Comment 4 Max Sauer 2006-12-14 10:58:02 UTC
Yes, I believe that now it works in the same way as in 5.5. But I'm not sure if
that's correct..
Comment 5 David Strupl 2009-03-31 15:50:33 UTC
Resolving all issues with milestone "future" as LATER. If you feel strongly that
it should be implemented please reopen and set the target milestone to "next".
