When a WS-I validation error occurs in the new WSDL wizard, the error message 
is too long to fit in the wizard window. Additionally, the text doesn't really 
tell me what I did wrong, and uses UPPER CASE, which is not necessary.

The issue this issue duplicates was marked "won't fix". Verified that this issue was not fixed.
