Filter dialog Tree reaction on mouse click is slow and not stable.
Sometimes Only node is selected on normal click, but checkbox status is not
changed. 

Unlike with java 1.5, with 1.6 user has to wait about 1/2 sec between mouse
button pressing and releasing.

reproducible in all-nbms-griffin-070130_5.
reproducible with java 1.6.0 only.
became available for testing after fix of issue 81823
