The first row of the My Plugins table is off one column to the right.  The
problem has to do with the rating component and some extra javascripts it's
inserting at that point that pushes the first row off.

Also, the content of platform line does not show at all - I selected Solaris and MacOS. Is this related?

I've replaced the rating component with a text fields since we don't have time
to debug the rating component.  Having text in the column also allows for
sorting by rating.
