Create sample BluePrint1
  File > New Project > Samples > SOA > BPEL BluePrints > BluePrint1
In Projects,
  expand BluePrint1
  open any .wsdl file (e.g. POService.wsdl)
  in the WSDL editor, expand Extensibility Elements
  right-click purchasingLT > Add
==> For consistency, "documentation" and "role" should be "Documentation" and "Roll"

Oops.. correction: that'd be "Documentation" and "Role"

This will be fixed once we fix 96214. adding dependency.

This old bug may not be relevant anymore. If you can still reproduce it in 8.2 development builds please reopen this issue.
