[Build of 070327]
There is one category and one plugin with empty name string. The module has 0B
size - see attached screenshot. By installation of this module you get
neverending loop of exception.

Sorry I wrote that it appears when installing plugin. That's not true. The
scenario for exception is to setSelected on the checkbox that is by the module
with empty string name.

Sorry for that. It was caused by the broken module in test-build. The module is
private demo, no any part of IDE. But, the problem with empty name of category
was fixed.
