With NB5.5.1:
There is JS runtime error with AJAX BluePrint Components.
When run Web app with Rating component, the following JS error appears:
can't convert height to an integer.

I get this issue as well in Netbeans 5.5.1, plus the following:

 If I am using the Sun Application Server, all page fragments I have on the
page, a flower image and a rating component all display correctly in the browser
but the rating component does not function, because of a java exception
complaining that ratingdata is not serializable, and if firebugger is active it
produces javascript errors complaining that ratinginstance has no properties. If
I use the inbuilt Tomcat Server V5.5.17, the flower image and the rating
component display, and the rating component functions correctly, but the page
fragments don't display because of java class not found errors on a javax faces
class. This is the same under both Windows and Linux.

I have tried the Rating Component under Netbeans V6 Milestone 9 and it doesn't work under that version of Netbeans either.

This will be addressed by ui-0.1.2.complib.
