I tried NB M10 200706242201 and set appropriate UC: None of plugins listed in New Plugins tab : Mobility, Web & Java EE, C/C++, Ruby, UML, SOA .. is signed
I just checked the NBMs and they seems to be signed.
*** Issue 107967 has been marked as a duplicate of this issue. ***
BTW: I just checked the key used for signing and it is correct and valid one.
Seems , that validity of certificate expired: Validity: [From: Tue Jun 18 13:30:20 CEST 2002, To: Tue Jun 19 13:30:20 CEST 2007]
A note: Plugin Manager reads now (since M8) the ide.ks file from nb6.0 cluster (<nb_all>/nb6.0/core/ide.ks), declared in ide/updatecenter modules (release directory). The platform/ide.ks is now useless and can removed I think.
I generated a new certificate for module signing and checking the NBM signature and committed to the build. The new production build will produce IDE containing the new certificate and NBMs will be signed with it. Jiri Rechtacek found another problem - the first build of M10 didn't contain certificate at the correct place. I'm not sure whether it got fixed as well.
This issue is showstopper for M10. Please integrate the fix into the trunk and "release60-m10" branch.
I tried latest M10 build and it works without problems, so hopefully it's fixed now. Robert please mark fixed.
I tested as it well and worked fine for me. Just note - the fix was integrated to both trunk and release60-m10 branch
Could you please verify this issue for M10? Thanks.
verified in M10 200706251444
I have also uploaded the new private key to deadlock.netbeans.org. In the future, if updating the key, please make sure deadlock is included. BTW Jirko - the AU client does not warn you about installing an NBM using the old, expired certificate. Should it?
