Cold start and start with project setup are much worse than 5% target defined in PLC document.
Thus raising the priority.

In the latest log batch, the cold-lin.log is the same as cold-first-lin.log, i.e. cold-lin is missing.
Anyway, I'll start looking at windows log, at least.

There has been an improvement recently. Petr will comment to it.

The rest of the cold start regression will have to be waived for 6.0.

Full w/o project 17/39/34

difference with 5.5.1 w/o project was +23%, now -14%
difference with 5.5.1 with project was +19%, now +14%

Latest measuring show cold start improvements in 6.1 compared to 6.0:
~24% improvement in cold start of empty full IDE (no project opened)
~35% improvement in cold start of full IDE with a project and a file in editor opened
