Web and Enterprise samples should allow choosing/managing target server. There should be a mechanism for checking compatibility. Local servers should be 
preferred to remote ones. 

This is a bug since we are no longer shipping a default server that could be assumed before.

This bug should be definitely resolved to 6.0beta1, as user could choose build with Apache 6.0.13 and then he'll be
surprised, why the heck these samples refuse to choose this Apache server, he can see in runtimes tab...

This is considered P3 because obvious workaround exists and there is no duplicate from non-sun user.

Web samples upgraded to prefer glassfish (as the ide and the installer prefers glassfish).
