Hi David, As you asked me earlier, I am raising a change request to attack this possible defect related to several plugins in Firefox tabs. Initial Conditions: - Browse "http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/" using Firefox (my current version is 2.0.0.7) Steps to reproduce: 1.) Go to "Recently Added" section at index page 2.) Click over some plugin links (at least 3) so that Firefox can open each link in a different tab. 3.) Go to the first tab where you can find the first plugin selected. 4.) In the plugin details page, click "Download". Expected Result: - Download link should be related to the current plugin. When I click Download button, the .nbm file should be related to current plugin. Actual Result: - Download button is pointing to the last plugin selected, that is, the .nbm file will always be related to last plugin selected. I have captured a screenshot illustrating this behavior. It will be attached here. Thank you. Best Regards. Would you please enter a defect in Issuezilla for this so I can track it? You can find this process at http://wiki.netbeans.org/wiki/view/FaqProblemChange. Please let me know if you do not want to enter the defect and I will do it. Of course because of your insight into the problem you would be the best person to enter the defect. In any case, I will be looking into this problem. Created attachment 51142 [details] Netbeans Plugins Issue Screenshot
FYI, a fix is on the way. Please see http://blogs.sun.com/david/entry/netbeans_visual_web_jsf_pretty.
Workaround: The plugin detail page you open last will be the one that works correctly. For example, if you open plugin 1 then open plugin 2 in a different tab, the download button and other links on plugin 1 will not work correctly. The download button on plugin 2 will work correctly.
Fixed.
