PHP editor should provide basic features like:
- PHP blocks recognition
- Syntax highlighting
- PHP and html( xml, etc ) code combination 

And more extended features (can be filed as separate tasks):
	Semantic highlighting
	Code Completion
	Bracket Completion
	Formatting
	Folding
	Error Detection
	Navigation
