Projects which look like Ruby or Rails projects will be badged in Open Project dialog and when the user confirm the
opening of non-NetBeans Ruby project the dialog saying "Will create NetBeans metadata, ..." pops-up and after
confirmation the project will be set up and open.
Wizard from existing sources are too awkward.
