Renaming package using Properties does not run Refactoring in some cases Product Version: NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 200803200007) Java: 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11 System: Linux version 2.6.24-12-generic running on i386; UTF-8; en_US (nb) //When I was looking for duplicates, I found only issue 60663 , but the problem seems to be little different, so I am posting this as new. 1.Open (Create new) Project. Open the Properties window. 2.In Files view invoke the Properties option from some package's context menu. 3.Change the Sorting to 'By file size' and hit Close. Now click to the Properties window (sorting method changes there as well) 4. From now on, when you change the name in (any) Properties tab - Refactoring is not launched and the renaming does not work properly.
Not sure if it should work. Can someone from refactoring evaluate it?
This really minor.
