Product Version: NetBeans IDE 6.1 (Build 200804211638) Java: 1.6.0_10-beta; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 11.0-b11 System: Windows XP version 5.1 running on x86; Cp1252; en_GB (nb) Description: ============ IDE tries to install updates which have been already updated. 1. install full final 6.1 and disable all default update centers 2. Create new one for patch http://bits.netbeans.org/netbeans/6.1/fixes/2008-05-15_12-38-37/uc/catalog.xml 3. install all available updates (24) 4. press ok then ide is automatically restarted After startup, icon in the right botton corner warms that there are 24 updates ready to install. This is confusing, seems like no updates were installed before. 5. click to this icon result is on attachment - install window is opened with a list of updates (has different font from IDE) .. but next button is disabled...
