Eclipse at this point provides some level of support but it is best integrated with the GNU tool chain.  We have been using Sun's compilers since 1993 and would like to 
continue to do so.  Mind you, we would not move away from using Studio simply because refactoring isn't available.  However, adding refactoring support would be 
extremely welcomed.
