NOTE: In fact this is a general issue. A possible solution is to react to the <windows> messages that are used to
populate the Threads window and open the source for each top level window automatically - if it is already not open.

Fixed by automatically opening the source for top level windows(s) that appear in the Threads window. In fact, the
source for top level window keep opening if the user visit a different URL.
