AUC request: ============ Module: Wicket Support UC Type: Stable UC Version: 6.5 Contact: Geertjan Wielenga (gwielenga) Live date: November 21th, 2008 URL: http://www.netbeans.org/servlets/ReadMsg?list=aumasters&msgNo=5818
application mentions i18n impl and testing complete - am assuming this was done by developers of this module not part of nb, since application says that no nb qe was involved with it ? just clarifying. ken.frank@sun.com
That's correct.
Roberte, please stage the plugin [1] on Stable Update Center for NetBeans 6.5. Thanks! [1] http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=3586
Wicket Support is now staged on the Stable UC for NB 6.5
Geertjan, we can't proceed to publishing to the live Update Center because there are two out of total three modules that have bad or none description, no category etc. - see attached screenshot. It would be great if you could turn the visibility off [1] for these 2 modules. Can you Geertjan fix this and deliver us another set of modules? Thanks! Will do.
Fixed. Now, only one of the three should be shown in the plugin manager (but all 3 have descriptions). Plus, updated to 1.4. http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=3586 Please verify and then push to update center.
Looks fine now. Roberte can you please stage the update version? Thanks!
Wicket Support plugin is now staged on the Stable UC for Nb 6.5
Geertjan, can you please look [1] at it? I still see two modules and the "Wicket File Templates" states its version is 1.1. Roberte, are you sure you staged correct modules? [1] http://wiki.netbeans.org/FaqStagingUpdateCenter
Created attachment 75633 [details] Screenshot of two Wicket plugins in version 1.1.
I used bits available here: http://plugins.netbeans.org/PluginPortal/faces/PluginDetailPage.jsp?pluginid=3586 Take a look to the catalog - published NBMs were built on 2008/12/08.
Why is it a problem that one of the modules is set to 1.1? The whole plugin is at 1.4, in which time one of them hasn't changed since 1.1, so it is still set to 1.1. I can change them all to 1.4 individually, if that's what you'd like, but that was never my intention.
I think it is fine that two are shown. The user is able to not install the templates if they don't want them.
Geertjan, I don't have a problem with it. I just wanted you to double check my findings because from my standpoint they are inconsistent with what you wrote earlier (Dec 8). If you are satisfied, we can proceed with publishing the plugin. Robert, can you please handle it? Thanks!
There was no other comment/objection, so I pushed the module to the live UC.
It's published correctly. Thanks Robert!
