Product Version = NetBeans IDE Dev (Build 081204) Operating System = Mac OS X version 10.5.5 running on i386 Java; VM; Vendor = 1.5.0_16; Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM 1.5.0_16-133; Apple Inc. Runtime = Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition 1.5.0_16-b06-284 Steps to reproduce: -go to main menu File|New Project -select Maven>Maven Project -push Next button -->>The New Project wizard shows the step which tells me that the proper module(s) must be activated in order to use Java. This is little bit confusing message because while creating Maven project the user should be informed that Maven functionality is going to be enabled (instead of telling that sentence about Java).

See my comment in issue 153990.
joshis, I think this should be considered as different issue than issue 153990. The issue 153990 is about wording in general but this one is more about containing "Maven" instead of "Java" in such a wording (in the context of creating Maven project).
OK, you are right... Maybe it would be best if there was nothing about module/category in the message... ("In order to create the project, some modules must be activated.")
