In a recent usability study, while debugging, participants clicked "Run to Cursor" in the toolbar  when they meant "Step Into", and vice 
versa, on the "Debug (full)"  toolbar.
Presumably they did not find the icons distinct or memorable enough.

new icons has been integrated to main trunk
