UI sample

The field 'Merge Changes Into Working Branch' fill the entire row at UI, as attached image, where will be possible to read the entire branch name or at least more than I can do now.
I think it can be fixed by some NetFIXer :)

I just realized I have no changed the year at license comment. It should be updated before commit I think.
