When user closes a tab (filesystems, project,
debugger window) in the debugger window there is
no way to get a tab back.
This is a different behaviour between Debugger
window and Explorer, both contain tabs. 
It is possible to close and reopen the Explorer
window with all tabs.

Resolved for 3.3.x or earlier, no new info since then -> closing.
