xhtml files are used more and more in java ee 5 apps.
We need to add this extension so that the html nb loader can edit them instead
of the generic text editor.

Yep, not all xhtml files are handled correctly (composition doctype). Also, I
believe they are still treated as XML, not as HTML. Should be treated as HTML.
