Approximate steps to reproduce:
- Open multiple projects with inter-dependencies (one project = one cvs module)
- repackage classes in one project
- "cvs/show changes" for all project folders
- commit
=> cvs [add aborted]: there is no version here; do 'cvs checkout' first

But if I commit files one by one it works.

Should be fixed in the fix for Issue #81813.
