The TreeModel and ComboBoxModel editors in Matisse are great for prototyping
forms without having to add code to be able to evaluate their UI.  The Form
Editor also defines a sample TreeModel for evaluation purposes, but there isn't
any way to edit it.

I have implemented a simple TreeModel editor that is useful for prototyping.
