Debugger Usability improvements including exp. level stepping, heap walking,
improved multithread debugging, better sources management, etc.

This is a high-level umbrella issue for the purpose of 6.0 planning.
See URL for detailed description (to be moved to public netbeans wiki soon).
Do not close until all changes are integrated.

All depending issues are implemented.

Verified ... and Closing all issues resolved into NetBeans 6.7 and earlier.
