build 200701011900 jdk1.6b99

When starting JBoss 4.0.4, JBoss output window shows:
Could not locate .\\run.jar. Please check that you are in the
bin directory when running this script.

and after several minutes ide show error dialog about failed startup.
Server could be started manually, so problem isn't in instalation.

Could this be related to issue 91532? That issue was fixed over the weekend, so
could this now be fixed too?
