Install NetBeans IDE, GlassFish, AccessManager.
Run IDE, start and than stop AppServer.
Uninstall all.

Still represent after uninstallation: 

/%USERDIR%/AccessManager/AMConfig_Program
Files_glassfish-v1-ur1_domains_domain1_applications_j2ee-modules_amserver_
