There is no icon(s) in the Start menu for managing Glassfish. One is unable to
start/stop server without starting NetBeans.

Since it's not SJSAS, but GlassFish, we need to follow its installation
procedure. And it does not create any SM entries.

GF's CLI is still available for those daring to try..

Since we use AS instead of GlassFish now then we should add application server 
shortcuts in the start menu.

There is still no Start menu item for AS with daily Apr 23 2007.

That build was done earlier then the fix was integrated.
Verify on the next daily build
