Sometimes when I doubleclick on page node it opens in JSP view instead of Design
view.

Not consistent behavior causes problems during automated tests run. Anyway it
used to work 2-3 weeks ago (at least I didn't see such problem before) - I am
sorry but I don't know exact build number.

This has been fixed.  Double-clicking the .jsp file should only open the visual
designer view now.
