Profiler 070323

Steps to reproduce:
- Open several projects in IDE
- Open Attach Wizard
- Set Profile Only Project Files
- Change Project
- Set Profile Only Project Files
- Click Show Filter Value
- Change Project back
- Click Show Filter Value
- RESULT: Filter Value shown as for the previously selected project

Part of this issue is caused by more serious problem, changing priority to P1 
and marking as showstopper for M8:

For J2EE projects (Web, EJB, Enterprise) settings in new SPT are not updated, 
persisted nor used for profiling.

Verified in internal M8 build.
