The Apache Maven SCM [1] has a dependency on the NetBeans module CVS Client Library [2], but a minimal item in the current structure of the packages for Linux (RPMs) is a cluster package [3]. The packages structure [4] should be revised.

Fixed for NetBeans 6.9 on the Fedora 14.
