Tools|Options|JavaCode|Mark Occurences requires reopening of file to take effect.

Steps to reproduce:
-------------------
1) Open/create a j2se project
2) Open a java file from it
3) Invoke Tools|Options|JavaCode|Mark Occurences and turn whole section off
4) Confirm OD
=> Mark Occurences still active

Oops. Should be much better now. It is however necessary to move the caret
before the changes are noticed -> P4/future.

Moving caret has no effect. The highlighted areas are always in the state as
they were when the mark occurrences was disabled
