I think that the problem is that these actions are not registered in the Action folder on the default filesystems.

Now is possible to assign keyb.shortcut. Fixed:

No default/predefined values now (commented out in layer) because not sure if we want to have default values and which
shortcuts to choose (Ctrl+Shift+U)?

I think Ctrl+Shift+U is a good shortcut so the migration from Dreamweaver to Netbeans can be more sensational. What
other tools have the same command and what is the shorcutt for it?
