This is as designed behaviour. Anyway, I am changing this to ENHANCEMENT and ccing our UI expert. Gabo, could you please solve this issue? Thanks, Mato See also 17635 which has a design recommendation from an HIE. This bug should probably be marked as a duplicate of 17635. I too have recently run a usability test and users ran into this issue. Set target milestone to TBD Set target milestone to TBD Changing subcomponent to "search" I completely agree this is an imporant usability issue.
