Steps to reproduce:
- run plugin-manager build 0410, JDK 1.5.0_11
- open Plugin Manager
- select Updates tab
- select Editing | Editor
- push Update, Next, Accept ...
-> last panel asks "Restart Now/Later"
- choose Later & push Finish
- select Visual Library API module in Updates tab
- push Update, Next 
- last panel: push Restart Now
-> IDE isn't restarted, just exited
