Task to provide feature to be able to add operations starting from-wsdl

The following have been completed as of April 11:
1. Model that represents Java code
2. Add Operation action:
   -ability to select XML schema elements from WSDL's schema (including imported
schemas)
   -generate Java code
   -generate WSDL code 

Pending as of April 11:
Ability to select external schemas. This would require generation of the Java types.
