The following have been completed as of April 11:
1. SPI for plugging Configuration UI in the WS design view
2. Support for this SPI in the Design View
3. Implementation of this SPI in the wsitconf module

Pending:
1.The current support of the SPI in the Design View will be changed from a panel
at the bottom of the canvas to a "Configure" action in the Operations widget.
2. The implementation of the SPI in the wsitconf needs to be reviewed by Martin
Grebac.
