before-merge-III build, JDK 1.5.0_11

Steps to reproduce:
- run IDE
- open plugin-manager
- select Downloaded tab
- push Add plugins ... button
- select nbm from attachment
-> "AssertionError: null is instanceof License" rises (see attachment)
