The "New Logical Folder" action is enabled only for C/C++ Projects. The question is whether it belongs 
into the main menu at all. For example we don't have "New Folder" and "New Java Package" in the main 
menu.

Recommendation: Remove the "New Logical Folder" from the main menu. Keep it in contextual menu 
and consider putting a "Logical Folder" item into the New File wizard similarly as we do it for Folder and 
Java Package.

This issue should be fixed for 6.0 M10. Please reassign to responsible engineer.

I agree, this menu item is more "native development related" and should be present in contextual menu 
for a C/C++ project.

"New Logical Folder" action has been removed from File menu and comitted to
'grgich_hills branch. Fix will get pushed to trunk shortly.
