Two submenus "Set Main Project Configuration" are present in the Build menu. This is a serious UI issue.

Recommendation: Integrate both menus together.

This issues should be fixed for 6.0 M10.

This seems to be a bug, I found just one "Set Main Project Configuration" menuitme in our latest builds 
(5.5.1  and 6.0)

Fixed. Removed CND's version from the menu. Fix committed to grgich_branch. It will get merged with trunk before m10.
